A Brief Intro to MAYAN-PLEIADIAN COSMOLOGY & THE GALACTIC CALENDAR

The subject of Mayan or Incan Cosmology in relation to the Pleiades is V-A-S-T. When I said this was an INTRODUCTION to the subject, I more or less meant EXACTLY that: sort of like... “People, meet the Tzolkin. Tzolkin, these lovely people would like to get to know you a little better. Here are a few names & addresses & websites. Good luck!”

Indeed, research on Galactic Timefields has accelerated so fast since 1987 that I find myself at the bottom of the class in Mayan-Pleiadian Cosmology. Nonetheless, I feel compelled to impart the modest insight that I do possess to as many people as I can - simply because I believe that even the most casual understanding of this system of thinking is a crucial key to surfing the tidal wave of radical changes that's about to smash our familiar worldviews to pieces.

WHAT IS THE TZOLKIN? For the best answer we must turn to visionary artist and cultural historian José Argüelles, who spent 33 years contemplating the mystery of the Maya, and finally published his mind-boggling conclusions in one of the most significant books ever written. In The Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology, Argüelles explains it this way (more or less):

The Tzolkin is a Harmonic Module. A Super-Macro-Chip in the Galactic Computer - in fact it's the Mother Logic Board, for those of you with a bit of computer savvy - that constitutes the Operating System of the entire Milky Way Galaxy. And yet it's a very simple device consisting of 13 tones (think of them as musical tones if you like) interacting with 20 frequency zones (each frequency zone representing a specific range of experiential probabilities or mental-emotional qualities). The 13 tones are signified by numbers - although the Mayans, like the Egyptians, the Hebrews & the Tibetans, regarded numbers as qualities as well as quantities - if you can bear that in mind at all times.

In other words, two isn't just a pair of eyes or ears or whatever, two represents bi-polarity, maleness & femaleness, yin & yang. Three represents evolutionary movement - one + one = two & when you add one more, you don't just get three, you get the possibility of evolution symbolized by the triangle or the trinity. Four, the basis of squareness, represents stability (when taken as the basic geometric structure underlying all structures, viz. the tetrahedron) & also measure, for only when a structure is stabilized can it be measured; perhaps that's why the most common measure in music is 4/4. Well, I don't want to get too involved with details. This is a subject that deserves months, years of personal research & study - if you find it interesting & I hope you will by the time my time runs out!

Anyway... 13 tones interacting with 20 frequency zones (which the Maya called the 20 Sacred Suns or starglyphs) produces a 260-day probability-wave-field. Another area I won't delve into too much is Mayan mathematics. For one thing, my head gets rather woolly when trying to deal with numbers & for another this is a subject that would take an entire 9-day or 9-year course to even begin to understand its implications. Let's just say that the Maya worked with fractal geometries & therefore all their numbers are fractal values: which means, the Maya work with hologram realities, where each part essentially contains the whole.

13 X 20 = 260 which is a fractal of 26,000 - the approximate number of years required for the Earth's orbit around the Sun to complete a grand tour of the Zodiac. Note, too, that the 20 Sacred Suns are represented by our 10 fingers & 10 toes, which means 5 is a central figure in their calculations. The pentatonic musical scale is derived from this ancient system of reckoning. The Chinese have their 5 elements, we speak of our 5 senses, and so on. Well, 260 divided by 5 = 52... & there are 52 weeks to the year. 52 is also a fractal value of 5,200 - which is the number of tuns or Mayan years it takes for us to travel from the Beginning to the End of History - and that's just one Great Cycle in the Galactic Scheme of Events.

Let me try & explain what all this means. Please bear with me while I spew a few more numbers. Now the Mayan calendar is an intricate cosmic gear mechanism which integrates many micro & macro movements first there's the k'in or day; then there's the tun or solar year of 360 k'in; then the katun of 20 tuns, the baktun of 20 katuns (approximately 394 solar years); the pictun of 20 baktuns (approx.imately7,900 years); the calabtun of 20 pictuns (approximately 157,600 years) - and this can go on infinitely till the numbers get so huge we can't even speak them. For practical purposes, the Maya decided to work with only 9 orders, culminating with the alautun (approximately 63,040,000 years).

Now, it's obvious the Maya are NOT your proverbial frog under the coconut shell. The Maya are, in fact, pretty cosmic thinkers & navigators. With the Maya we are, in fact, dealing with a highly evolved galactic intelligence which has been gently guiding the course of human evolution for hundreds of thousands of years.

WHERE DO THE MAYA ORIGINATE? If you look at the simple map of the Pleiades among your notes, you'll notice that the second star after Alcyone is called MAYA. I don't mean to be obtuse, but THAT's where the Maya originate. You see, one of the most astounding facts I've stumbled upon in the last 5 years is that our Sun - yes, good old Sol - is an integral member of the Pleiadian Star Alliance. Don't bother asking an astronomer or your local planetarium whether this is true. They don't have a clue about this. When I first read about this in a book by Barbara Hand Clow (one of her Mind Chronicles trilogy) I instantly felt a shiver of recognition. For years, the word “Pleiades” had given me a strange feeling of familiarity. I just didn't know why. I simply liked the sound of the word “Pleiades” – it felt like ‘home’ to me! Now, I have very good friends from Arcturus, Sirius, Aldebaran, Andromeda, Orion, even Betelgeuse (or Beetlejuice as the Americans call it) - but my Pleiadian friends are the least “alien” of all - WHY? - because in Malaysia we call them Orang Asli!

Yes... the indigenous tribes of Earth are almost entirely of Pleiadian origin, although a few odd specimens here & there may originate rom a whole spectrum of different lineages. As for myself, I consider myself an Earth native (& therefore Pleiadian) -but I now accept that I may have DNA strands from all over the galaxy – perhaps even other galaxies! This way I get to feel much more of a mystery to myself - which is a rather entertaining state of mind, you never get bored with yourself this way!

THE LOOM OF MAYA. The heart of the Tzolkin is the most mysterious part of the entire Harmonic Module. It consists of 64 units - corresponding with the 64 hexagrams of the Chinese Oracle I Ching and the 64 codons of the Genetic Code. The number 8 evokes the Chinese paat-quah or 8-sided mandala, representing the 8 points of a double tetrahedron, an extremely important configuration in sacred geometry). 8 also represents the Octave. So, 8 X 8 = 64 produces the central core: a Crossover Polarity Zone where male transforms into female, electricity into magnetism, negative into positive, and so on. Which is why Argüelles calls it the “Loom of Maya” - for this is where Spirit is spun into Matter and vice versa. This is the engine of Energy-Consciousness-Matter Conversion. By means of the Loom of Maya, what is imagined by the Galactic Mind becomes real. And what is real to us converts back into the Cosmic Dreamtime.

Now, please bear in mind that the Tzolkin as a Harmonic Module is entirely holographic. Meaning: each atom, each cell within us – in fact, our entire physical-mental-emotional infrastructure (which defines the motifs and patterns of our lives) - is itself a Galactic Calendar, a Tzolkin, a blueprint and a ledger of our days. We are fractals of the Mother Logic Board of Intelligent Evolution, the Spiral of Life itself.

The Galaxy as a whole and ourselves are One: 13 tones written as a recurring sequence of numbers; 20 symbols that represent different colors, different feelings and moods - working interactively, radially, multidimensionally off one another in 4 horizontal directions in external reality; and 7 attentional vectors in internal reality (we look forward, backward, left, right, up, down, and within).

Thus, we have our 260-day Tzolkin: the Super-Macro-Chip that informs the operation of this galaxy, in holographic harmony and resonance with all other galaxies in the Intergalactic Confederation. With this basic understanding, we as humans poised on the brink of a new millennium are ready to take a quantum leap - not of blind faith, but with fully conscious anticipation and joy — into the greater universe beyond the ‘coconut shell" of provincial, national, and even planetary barriers!

Let's celebrate the end of Kali yuga and artificial clocktime! (reprise)

Deepavali marks the end of artificial clocktime: the Mayan calendar ended on 28 October 2011 - and as linear time concludes its run, so too will the silly notion that Time is Money which has kept humanity on an endless treadmill for countless generations.

The irreversible collapse of the grandiose ponzi scheme that forms the foundation of private banking is among the unmistakable signs that artificial clocktime is indeed winding down and grinding to an abrupt halt. What went wrong?... some ask... well, it was dishonest science in the service of inflamed and inflated egos that led us down the primrose path to ecocide, genocide, and oblivion - just to enrich a privileged elite of spoilt brats.

For nearly 13,000 years - since the end of the last glacial period - humanity has been subjugated to the testosterone-driven will of warlords, each dreaming of conquering, colonizing and dominating the world. The voices of sages, poets and visionaries were drowned by the ceaseless din of battle. Whenever the dust of armed conflict settled for a spell, the clamor of the marketplace took over.

Bloodthirsty Moloch, to whom children had to be sacrificed (in the name of patriotism)...

Humanity has blindly worshiped the false gods, Moloch and Mammon (Power and Wealth), under the guise of a plethora of seemingly benign deities. What's so wrong with power and wealth?... you might ask... well, the answer is simple: if power to you means confidence, competence and self-mastery, that's perfectly good and admirable - but if it means hijacking the destinies of others, subjecting them to your personal agenda, that's despotism and tyranny, and that's a no-no.

Abundance is a very humble reality that ensures your posterity will flourish.

Similarly, if wealth means feeling abundant, a sense of well-being and radiant health, nothing at all wrong with that - however, if it involves exploiting and enslaving others in order that you can accumulate a ridiculous stockpile of useless paper currency or shiny stones with which to con people into parting with their precious time and priceless ancestral lands, then you're really just a shyster - and deserve to be tarred and feathered and hounded out of town, not offered titles. It's really as simple as that. You don't need a PhD in Economics, Philosophy or Political Science to figure this out.

This Deepavali, the light of understanding will finally dawn in the collective mind of humanity. They have been worshiping false gods, misled by corrupt priests, and bowing before false kings. 

The only true god is the one that dwells at the heart of every single atom in every cell of our beings. And the only true king is the Atman or Transcendent Self enthroned as the greatest nobility, compassion and wisdom of which each of us is capable.

I was invited to the Sacred Valley in Peru in early March 2011 to join a dozen others for 9 days of intensive training with Solara, so that we can serve as 11:11 workshop facilitators. Unfortunately, the airfare to Peru is way too prohibitive (approximately RM8k) - and at the time I was undergoing training of a different order on the island of Koh Phangan. A week after I left the whole of southern Thailand was flooded with feeling!





These videos by Starseedjourney are not directly related to Solara's work. Solara was the first to speak about the 11:11 activation code. Many others have since been awakened to their own earthly missions. Jennifer is clearly one of them and has done a brilliant job of synthesizing and summarizing a vast and complex field of converging ideas - though she could do with some help when it comes to spelling (another trait of Starseeds is that they often have stronger right brain activity than left).

Why the Creation Cycles do not end
December 21 2012, but October 28, 2011

Over the decades much discussion has focussed on finding the exact correlation between the Mayan Long Count and the Gregorian calendar. Most researchers in the field have now come to agree that the so-called GMT correlation, placing the beginning of the Long Count 4 Ahau 8 Cumku on the Julian day 584 283, August 11, 3114 BC, is correct. This means by consequence that it will end on December 21, 2012 and most students of the calendar of the Maya, such as Jose Arguelles, John Jenkins and Terence McKenna, have endorsed this date as the end of the current cycle.

I do not dispute that the GMT correlation for the Long Count with the Gregorian calendar is the correct one. And clearly, the Long Count is an approximately (within a year or so) correct reflection of the divine process of creation. There are however strong reasons to believe that the Mayan Long Count itself does not exactly reflect the shifting energies of the divine creation cycles that we today are interested in. What in this regard is most compelling is that the exact Long Count beginning date ultimately is calibrated based on the date of solar zenith in Izapa, which occurs on August 12. (Izapa is the ancient Mayan site in southern Mexico where the Long Count was first devised.)

This solar zenith day was since long, long before the Long Count was implemented, considered as the day of the year when “time began” and considered as a holy date in the location of Izapa. There is thus every reason to believe that the solar zenith was the reason the initial day in the Long Count, 4 Ahau 8 Cumku, was set on this day, although obviously the date of solar zenith in Izapa has nothing to do with the real beginning of the corresponding divine creation cycle. (Not to use the solar zenith date as the beginning of the Long Count would have been considered as heresy. We may make the comparison with the date of Christmas, which was taken from old solstice celebrations, and has not been changed, despite the fact that few, if any, believes that Jesus was born then).

That the end date of the Long Count falls on December 21, 2012 is thus just a necessary logical consequence of the beginning date chosen by the Izapans and not something that the Maya had intentionally targeted. The creation cycles described by the Maya, including the tzolkin, are fundamentally of a spiritual, non-astronomical, nature. Thus, any theory that implies that the Mayan Long Count would have been designed to reflect astronomical phenomena, be it the precession of the earth or a solar zenith, is a warning signal that its originator is off the mark. It should be obvious that if the Mayan calendar is a prophetic calendar describing cosmic energy cycles of a universal nature then the particular date at which the sun was in zenith in the particular location of Izapa is totally irrelevant for us who live today and must be considered as nothing but a result of a tradition too strong to be changed.


Another equally compelling reason why December 21, 2012 cannot be the true date of completion of creation is that this day is 4 Ahau in the tzolkin count. Since the Long Count consists of exactly 7200 tzolkin rounds then the true end of creation must fall on a day that is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count so that the tzolkin rounds even out. If we want to find out what is the real date of ending of the creation cycles we must therefore look for a day around the year 2012, which is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count. The inscriptions in Palenque, written about a thousand years after the Long Count was devised in Izapa, seem to indicate that the date of relevance is October 28, 2011, which in fact is 13 Ahau in the tzolkin count.

The Final Mayan Calendar steps to 2012:
8 November 2009 – beginning of the 6th Night

Before going into the specifics of the upcoming sixth night, November 8, 2009 – November 2, 2010, of the Galactic Wave Movement (or Underworld) I feel I should clarify some of my basic points of departure for understanding the Mayan calendar, since the various ideas that are currently proposed for this vary significantly. There are for instance those that believe that the end date of the Mayan calendar only marks the end of a cycle and the beginning of a new. On my own part I however think that we are approaching something much more profound than just a point in a cycle that again will be repeated. The only Mayan inscription from ancient times, the Tortuguero monument, which describes the end of their calendar says that nine cosmic forces will then manifest. Empirically, there is also overwhelming evidence from modern research that we are approaching a point in time when nine evolutionary levels (so called Underworlds) of the cosmic plan are simultaneously going to be completed. This would imply that we are approaching not another cycle or another shift, but the end to all shifts, which have been driving evolution since the beginning of the universe. Such an end to all shifts could conceivably provide the basis for a harmonious eternal peace on Earth.

What is about to transpire now is in other words not something that has ever happened before in the history of the universe. Maybe this impending change, partially unknown, causes the widespread denial that I feel dominate many people at the current moment. Rather than facing a great change in our socioeconomic relationships (since any change in human consciousness also implies a change in our relationships) many prefer to fantasize about some physical or astronomical event, that purportedly is going to happen on December 21, 2012. In reality the Mayan calendar is however not about something that will happen on a singular date, but a description of a divine plan for the evolution of humankind where quantum shifts between calendrical energies bring about shifts in consciousness. Thus, human consciousness will continue to be transformed step by step in accordance with this plan until we come to the real end date of the process of creation, October 28, 2011. At this date the highest quantum state of the universe will be attained (13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13.13 13 Ahau) when the shifts disrupting the harmony will come to an end. Obviously, we are not there yet.

In this plan for the evolution of consciousness we are now approaching the sixth night of the Galactic Wave Movement, the eighth of the nine levels, which will begin on November 8, 2009. If my understanding of the Mayan calendar is correct we will in this coming night be witnessing the most significant transformation of consciousness ever in the history of mankind. What is exciting about this is that I feel that a relatively clear picture of how a new world is going to be born is now finally becoming evident. On the other hand, what is also becoming increasingly clear is that this birth is likely to become very demanding. For this reason it becomes all the more important to understand how some of the difficulties ahead actually serve the delivery of this new world even though it may not always seem that they do so in the moment. If people can gain a realistic understanding of how this new world will be born they may be able to keep a hope for the future, which is based on something more than mere wishful thinking. Unfortunately, much confusion reigns about the Mayan calendar and many that present themselves as experts on this deny the ancient Mayan knowledge that there are nine cosmic forces that are about to manifest, and that it is these, and nothing else, that explains why a new world will be born.

Thus, what will happen in the time ahead cannot be understood from the sixth night of the Galactic Underworld alone. The overlapping of the cycles preparing for the ninth, and highest, level in the cosmic evolution scheme; the Universal Wave Movement (see Figure below) with the energy of this sixth night will then also need to be taken into consideration. Because of this overlapping, and the speed-up of time associated especially with the latter Wave Movement, not only do I think that the upcoming period will be unusually intense, but also energetically quite complex.

At the time of this writing (October 31, 2009, 1 Ben) we are towards the end of the sixth day, the period of flowering in the process from seed to mature fruit in the Galactic Wave Movement, which precedes the sixth night. As I predicted in an earlier article it would now to some economists seem that the “global economic recession” (or the worst of it) is already over. There are however certain things currently going on in the world that belies this and are more in line with the prediction I made in an article in May of a further economic downturn, especially expressed in a fall in the value of the US dollar, to take place around the time that the sixth night begins. While several sources now predict a dollar fall it is important to note that mine was made a relatively long time ago and if it proves to be correct shows that what is happening in the economy is part of a divine plan charted by the Mayan calendar.

My prediction of a further economic downturn was based on the observation that nights, at least in the second part of an evolutionary Wave Movement, usually mean at the very least a slowdown of economic growth. An indication of such an impending downturn at this upcoming night is for instance that there has been a rush for gold, which for the first time passed the magical limit of USD 1000/troy ounce. Moreover, an index of insider trading shows that people knowledgeable about the actual basis for valuing US stock tend to think of this as highly overvalued. Most importantly, increasingly higher voices are now raised in almost all corners of the world for the replacement of the petrodollar system and thus also of the use of the US dollar as the world’s reserve currency. These various indices thus do not indicate that the “recession” is over, but if anything that an intensification of the economic decline, especially in the indebted West, is imminent. It seems that investors are escaping assets in the form of paper or digit values, which is exactly what we would expect from this late phase of the Galactic Wave Movement, when a shift in consciousness amounting to a shift from abstract to concrete economic values is taking place. Thus, while many will say that the changes are a result of a conspiracy, for instance against the US, the point to realize is that if that were the case they would not have been predictable from the Mayan calendar.

I believe that what is happening in the world’s economy is something much more profound and fundamental than a temporary recession and is a direct consequence of the particular transformation of consciousness that the Galactic Wave Movement is bringing. As I explain in my new book The Purposeful Universe, consciousness is primarily a relationship to the Tree of Life, which exists on many different levels of the cosmos and causes synchronized shifts on these different levels. What this means is that the shifts in consciousness that give new directions to our lives will also directly affect the world and society at large and how we relate to this. A shift in consciousness is hence not something that only happens in our heads, but is simultaneously also expressed in changes in our relationships. Our economic relationships are thus also subject to shifts in consciousness and the evolution of this. We should then expect an even further escape from abstract values as the sixth night begins, a shift that may be expected to especially severely hit the western economies of the United States and the United Kingdom, which remain the financial centers of the world and control much of its banking activities. At the present time these nations, and especially the United States, are so indebted that there really is no need to present an explanation as to why there would be another downturn in its economy. All that is needed for this is something to trigger what is going to happen anyway one way or another. While many things may trigger such a downturn, and the media will place all the emphasis on this trigger, the deeper reasons for a downturn is best understood from the Mayan calendar. From a Mayan calendar perspective the ongoing decline in economic growth reflects a stepwise adaptation to the end of the economic cycles that will be associated with the Mayan end date (or beginning date of a new world if you like).

If the downturn of the economy is part of a process creating the conditions for the birth of a new world a relevant question to ask is how deep it is going to be. Even if it seems clear that the value of paper money, and especially the US dollar, will be hit, it is still somewhat of an open question how far-reaching the consequences of this will be. I think this can only be understood from a study of what might be the nature of the new world to be born. When it comes to understanding this it seems however that there are actually no ancient Mayan sources to consult. The Mayan sources only say that Nine cosmic forces are going to manifest as the calendar comes to an end, but there is no ancient inscription, which talks about what will follow upon this. Because of this dearth of material I suggest that we turn to sources from the large Abrahamic religions such as the Bible or the Quran, which do say something on the matter. If we combine these with our understanding from the Mayan calendar I feel we may gain some idea of what is to come. I believe everything that has been happening in this time plan has been subordinated to the delivery of this new world.

Hence, the Quran says this in Surah 82:17-19: “And what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? Again, what will explain to thee what the Day of Judgment is? (It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah.” I believe this disappearance of dominance may refer to the Universal Underworld, which brings a consciousness of oneness and transparency to our whole beings and all of our past actions. If we take this seriously it would imply that all chains to people dominating others would need to be broken. The last book of the Bible, the Book of Revelation 21:4-5 also describes a new world to be born: “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new.” This would seem to imply that all chains to the past would need to be broken for the new world to be born. Taken together it would seem that as pre-requisites for the birth of a new earth we would need to free ourselves from the chains to the past as well as from chains to other people.

To some these changes may look so great that it might even be more comfortable to fantasize that the world would come to an end than to go through all of the necessary changes that would more or less turn our world upside down. Certainly, there is also a tremendous amount of people in power, who do not want to see such a transformation towards equality and harmony coming about. These quotes may however give us a hint about where the economic downturn may be leading us and how deep it will be. Will money for instance completely disappear? I think the answer to this is that money will disappear to the extent that it no longer chains the world to the past. In practice, this probably means that all thinking about profitable investing etc is somewhat beside the point, since the emerging new world is not likely to be a growth economy based on the drive for accumulation of abstract values. More likely, the new world is going to be one based on sharing and care-taking of all members of society as the unity consciousness of the Universal Wave Movement, presumably after much turmoil, eventually is established.

Who is Carl Johan Calleman and why is he so obsessed with the Mayan Calendar?

Ian Xel Lungold explains the Mayan Calendar

Ian Xel Lungold isn't exactly a household name. But he found his way into my inbox a couple of years ago and I remember exchanging a couple of emails with him. All I knew was that he had teamed up with Swedish microbiologist, Carl Johan Calleman, and that the two of them were on a mission to demonstrate that José Argüelles (Valum Votan) had erred in his calculations for the Mayan Dreamspell Calendar.

My interest in the Mayan Calendar had initially been aroused by Argüelles's mindbending Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology (Bear & Co., 1986), and I couldn't really wrap my brain around the mathematics of it all, so I monitored Calleman and Lungold's efforts from a distance, without getting caught up in the controversy.

On 10 October 2005 I received an email from Carl Johan Calleman informing me that Ian Lungold was very ill with a tumour in his throat. Five weeks later, on 16 November, Ian left his body. He was only 56.

It was only recently that I found the links to Ian Xel Lungold's 3-hour lecture on Consciousness and the Mayan Calendar (thanks to Jean Hudon). After viewing them at one sitting, I felt compelled to pass this crucial data on to anyone who really wants to understand the transformations we are undergoing as we quantum jump from planetary to galactic citizenship. According to the Mayan Calendar, we have less than 5 years to sort ourselves out.
