Zeinab Al-Saffar, political talk show host on the Beirut-based Almayadeen TV network, speaks with Anwar Ibrahim on a wide range of subjects. Anwar comes across impressively, as usual. And watching the beautiful and brainy Zeinab at work is a special bonus!

Antares, your blog gives the impression that you are New Age etc. believer, but how come no articles about 21.12.12, the end of the world?
ReplyDelete@Not New Age - I don't particularly like being labeled "New Age" as I have been researching esoteric and metaphysical ideas since my early teens - and that was long before it became fashionable! Also, I tend to accept Carl Johan Calleman's reckoning that the Mayan calendar marked the end of linear time on 28 October 2011 - so it's already more than a year since the new spiral officially began. The popular 21 Dec 2012 meme has received a lot of mainstream hype, that's why more people know about it. More hype doesn't mean much to me, so I'm not at all interested in doomsday prophecies - no matter where they issue from. To me, 21 December 2012 marks a very significant Solstice when we may assume that the Solar System is aligned on the same plane as the Galactic Center - which means we will be directly attuned to and downloading a new Galactic infusion of cosmic data - which many believe will facilitate a quantum shift in spiritual consciousness across the spectrum.
ReplyDeleteIn effect, there will definitely be a planetary awakening on a scale hitherto unknown. I have already posted on my blog a series of talks a week ago about this long-awaited shift. I would like to upload a long essay detailing my journey through teh 11:11 Doorway - but I only just started it and then my keyboard gave trouble. Only got the keyboard replaced yesterday, so maybe tonight I will finish it :-)
