yes, yes. the government should call tender for these. or better, just go for direct negotiation with a "in-betweener" from a rm2 paid up company registered months ago before they make the announcement.

same as they forecasted bakun dam, facebook, pkfz, crooked bridge, submarines, landslides, mrt, tolls, petrol price, bankrupt nation, etc etc.
