I hope our Agong will bless this much-needed change and in reciprocation the PR govt should hold the Agong in high esteem.
Malaya and Malaysia are derived from the word 'Malay'. We should respect the Malay Kingdom, not like the Umno fellas, only when it serves their purpose. You saw how they wacked the Malay Rulers in 1992. They should have sacked Mahathir for propogating it. After all, it was a mamak vs the malay kings, wasn't it?
We should tell the Malays that feel threatened by the change of govt that their Ketuanan Melayu rests with the Agong and the Malay Rulers. But some DAP state excos fumbled badly when they refused to wear the songkok lately. If you go to Medan in Sumatra, you can see both sellers and buyers of 'babi panggang' at stalls wearing the songkok. There's nothing Islamic about the songkok. These DAP fellas and their likes should grow beyond this stupid mentality together with some stupid(evil) PAS leaders in order to make PR a more professional government respected by all. Lim Guan Eng is a good example for them to emulate.
Lastly, a king should live like a king, NOT an umno division head (or less) also living like a king.
