Like his father Tun Abdul Razak, this man is prepared to leave a legacy of bloodshed & violence just to cling to power. His father escaped public calumny simply because people didn't have access to the truth back in 1969 & so they believed the MSM spin that May 13 was all about race.
Well, folks, it's NEVER about race or religion. It's ALWAYS about unmitigated greed, powerlust, self-aggrandizement & refusing to be held accountable for crimes committed while in public office!

Kittykat - No, my home is in Selangor. After his KT debacle Najib is absolutely DESPERATE and is prepared to do anything and pay any price to seize Perak and Kedah from Pakatan Rakyat. What happens in Perak will be a major test of Azlan Shah's integrity (which was badly compromised by Mahathir's deadly mamak machinations). If the Perak Sultan decides to hand the state over to the corrupt & depraved BN, he will have condemned himself as the Enemy of the Rakyat. So let's pray there is some nobility left in the former Lord President. Bear in mind, the son's political leanings may differ from his father's, but right now the son is only the regent. However, if Azlan Shah agrees to let MB Mohd Nizar reboot the state government with a snap election, then Perak will have a much stronger, stabler Pakatan government - and all of us can begin to cheer on as the Umno hot-air balloon begins to rapidly deflate.

Anyway, why is a guy from Pahang chairing Perak umno?
Umno-BN had been bashing the royalty for over 20 years. Now is the time for the sultan to gain the respect of all Malaysians, but he chose to be a servant of umno.
I am from Perak, used to brag about my educated sultan and regent, but today sultan azlan has made me lose all respect to the royalty.
The royalty, like the police, spr, bpr,etc, is another tool of umno-bn.
You got access to plastic explosives ah, I want to ride down to Perak and bomb the istana lah. Why is it so difficult for him to allow the rakyat the mandate to choose?
I am actually one of the few people who always defended the royalty but now I think we should kick out the kings and become a republic.

Something I noticed of Najib whenever he speaks in public. His mouth is moving independent of the rest of his body. There is a disconnect between his tools of communication/expression with those of the emotional and thinking process. It's like a levitating mouth with channels into dark and unknown places.
ReplyDeleteThis is truly a monstrous creature more fearsome than dragons and chimera. It's literally a mobile black hole that sucks the life and vitality of anything it comes into contact with. The insecurity and rapacious hunger of this beast consumes ideals and ideas that only a bigger monsters is able to control it.
Unfortunately [or fortunately], the hunger that can never be satisfied will not only destroy its controllers but will force the creature to devour itself. In the meantime, it will continue to eat progressively larger objects until it finally collapses unto itself.
In other words, keep throwing stuff at it till it implodes.
I think the only way out for the Sultan is to revert back and call for the assembly to resolve . To evade the black lash he should also consider to step down and let his son take over. All he has to do is go on a low profile and play with his grandchildren.

ReplyDeleteI believe there is practically no chance that the Sultan will change his mind. The speed with which he granted the consent to Najib to form the state govt., looks like he did not think about the rakyat. Well, how else would one expect the royalty to think.
Whatever said and done, the PR also made a grave error of judgement. Most people, upon smelling what was fishy, advised the PR govt to seek to dissolve the assembly while it had the majority and go to the people for another mandate. Guys like Tian Chua, etc were still clinging on to the "mantra" that everything was OK and that the govt was still stable. Such mistakes have proved to be too costly. The Sultan, as it appears now, looks like would not change his mind. Like the Election Commission, which acted like a court unto itself, the courts are not that dependable. So, it looks like the next general election unless, of course, people's power mean anything.
However, the people's trust in the royalty as their savior has certainly diminished. All what Raja Nazrin preached went into the flames overnight. People are shaken to their core that the Sultan had led them down miserably. Winning back the confidence of the rakyat would be an uphill task for the royalty.

First they test this in Perak. Once accepted the next General Election is so simple.
Both BN and PR have to reveal how much money each one has. After declaring the amount of money each has both appoint a reputable accounting firm to do a due diligence to verify the amount. Whoever has more money gets to form the state government.
If you do not agree never mind, go for election then.
If there is election BN/UMNO has to spend money in two stages. First stage, spend as much to buy voters. If win, form the government.
If lose in the election never mind just spend more money to buy enough money-hungry-assemblymen to form the government.
You see the logic? The one with more money is sure to form the state government. We all know BN has more money. So BN will always be in power. Anyway this is Demokrasi UMNO.
Could you collect all these caricatures and pictures from all over the web (Michael will have some) and place them in one website so that future generation will know who Najib is.
