From a cute birthday cake with pink candles to the er, um show of support, no one takes the cake (pun intended) when it comes to making a grand magick statement!
Ahhhhhhh.... feels good to be toddling around on my own two chubby legs at last & generally being one of those "terrible twos'! You guys are da best, so nice to see a bunch of "birthday cards" in my inbox from some excellent souls - only one of whom I have actually encountered in "real life"... isn't that amazing? The whole weekend I've been busy making tea & coffee for a gushing stream of delightful guests who have done me the favor of dragging me away from the computer for long stretches. This blog actually emerged into the blogosphere on Dec 1st 2006 but by the time I got around to posting a 2nd anniversary greeting, it was already 4:30AM on Dec 2nd.
Last night, we had a spontaneous party triggered by the very rare phenomenon of seeing Venus & Mars triangulate with the Moon to form a gigantic Smiley in the Sky! I felt so elated... the effect was astounding... to look up & see the heavens grinning back at you is really something - a blessed vision to always remember, especially in the wake of such a disturbing eruption of evil-driven violence in Mumbai where so many dear friends reside.

We saw the smiley in the night sky, too, here in PD. Made us feel one with the universe - even my very-the-grounded Chuan!
